Concept

It can be assort with other standard XLR.

Hollow structure conductor

Conductor between body isolate by PTFE insulator.

The conductor is made from high-purity tellurium copper without nickel plating.

This product can be disassembled into individual parts for repair and recycling.

Mechanical structure

The center pin can be assembled into the PTFE insulator and fixed with the other PTFE insulator parts.
Then assemble into the body via a screw.
The above parts will become the XLR body set.

The XLR body set and the shell are locked by screwing. The POM sleeve is fixed to the end of the shell by using a screw.The cable hole with sleeve is 9.0/11.5mm, without sleeve is 15.0mm.

Assembly

1. Unscrew the body set[201] and shell [301].

2. We recommend to peel off the cable jacket[601] and each insulation of conductor.

3. Using the POM sleeve ( ID 9.0mm) [502] , the POM sleeve ( ID 11.5 mm) [501] or using the shell without POM sleeve ( ID 15.0 mm), depending on the cable outside diameter.

4. Please put the cable through the shell and sleeve.

5. The cable should be soldered on the contact pins [101][102][103] and the conductors of each channel.

6. Depends on the customer’s need, to solder the ground pin[105].

7. Please lock the shell [301] on body set [201].

8. Please fix the cable ,POM sleeve, and shell through the screw [402] or [403] .
