aeco ships worldwide. All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Taiwan and dispatched via trusted international courier services.

My order is taking longer than expected — what should I do?
If your item was in stock at the time of purchase, please allow the full 5-business-day window before following up. For out-of-stock items, fulfillment may take up to 2 weeks depending on availability and order volume. If you have not received a dispatch notification after this period, please contact us at sales@aeco.tw with your order number.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations are generally not possible due to the nature of international logistics.
I received a defective or wrong item — what should I do?

How much will customs duties cost for my country?

I haven't received a tracking email — what should I check?
Please check your spam or junk mail folder first. Tracking links can also take up to 24 hours to activate after dispatch. If the issue persists beyond 24 hours of your dispatch notification, please contact us with your order number.
