Concept

Non-coaxial conduction is able to use single point conduction while plug connect to jack.

Product with a detachable welding design, allowing the conductors to be selectively removed for welding.

C ring strengthens bond with plug and jack and is non-conductive.

All parts of this plug can be completely disassembled for recycling.

The conductor is made from high- purity copper (Tellurium Copper) with gold plating (10u")

By using highest quality of design techniques and material to provide customer who has "High End" requirement.

Mechanical structure

The C ring is placed in the groove near the interface end of the lower cover body.
The contact pin and the ground pin pass through the C ring in sequence and put them into the lower cover body.
Close the upper cover body and the lower cover body to complete the assembly of the body set.

The body set and the shell are locked to each other with screws.
The sleeve is fixed on the end of the shell with screws.

Assembly

1. Peel off the cable jacket and per conductor wire insulation.

2. Depends on cable size to decide whether use sleeve (ID9.0mm)[6], or without sleeve (ID11.5mm)[5]. Then through into cable.

3. Soldering each channel conductors : positive [3] and negative [4].

4. If you choose to remove the conductors for soldering, please refer to the detail as picture.

4.1 To assemble the body set, place the C-ring [2], centre pin [3] and ground pin [4] into the lower cover body [12] in order and close the upper cover body [11].

5. Locking screw the body set to shell [5].

6. Locking screw the shell to the cable with M3x4mm [72] or M3x3mm [71] screws.

Recommend soldering temperature

Temperature Soldering Iron, please keep 380 °C within 5~8 second.

Temperature Soldering Iron, please keep 320 °C within 19~25 second.
