Made by CNC lathing as one shape.​
High-purity copper(over 99%) made.
​10μ Gold plating (no nickel base).

Description


Mechanical structure: 
The interface and terminal of the Banana Plug was lathed in one piece.
The pin was designed as hollow with crosscutting to make it able to be deformed well and better integrate when connect with jack. 

For the first connect the jack & plug, do not plug in directly.
For better matching, turning clockwise when plugging in the jack.
Due to the different dimension of each Binding Post, contact will be deformed according to the Binding Post for better integrate when match. 

Cable fixed with shell by screw.
The body & shell connect with each other by screwing (thread).

Body: Tellurium Copper (#C14500 / copper contains over 99%)
Shell: Brass alloy (#C3604)
Screw: Brass alloy (#C3604)

Electrical Characteristics:
Contact resistance < 0.3 mOhm(It was test by ABI-0601.)
The test will shows different results depends on
the different binding post.
