Concept

The AMI-1030 are approach “One Point Contact” structure.
The conductor is made from high-purity copper without nickel plating and PTFE insulation.
We also improve the compatibility of the cable diameter (maximum support to 12mm).​

Description

Mechanical structure:
The insulator of the Male end is fixed to the body by using fitting manner
The hollow pin is fixed to the PTFE insulator by using fitting manner
The grounding is riveting to the body on the Male end

Signal contact part for the Female end is assembled by using fitting manner on the inside of PTFE insulator.
The PTFE insulator for the Female end is latch on the body by using fitting manner
The grounding is fixed between PTEF insulator and body by using fitting manner

The body and the shell locked by screwing.
POM sleeve is fixed with shell by using screw.
The cable hole with sleeve is 8.5mm, without sleeve is 12.5mm.

The design of the Female end does not come with button,
however, it is suitable with other standard XLR products which does has button.​


Material:
Positive Pole:
Male - Tellurium copper (#C14500 / copper contains over 99%).
Female - Copper (#C1100 / copper contains over 99.5%).

Negative Pole:
Male - Brass alloy (#C3604).
Female - Copper (#C1100 / copper contains over 99.5%).

Insulator: PTFE
Body:
Male - Brass.
Female - Tellurium copper (#C14500 / copper contains over 99%).

Shell: Brass alloy (#C3604).
Sleeve: POM .
Screw: Iron.


Finish:
Positive Pole: 10u" Gold plating (no nickel base).
Negative Pole: 10u" Gold plating (no nickel base).
Insulator: None.
Body:
Male - Satin Nickel + Topcoat.
Female - 10u" Gold plating (no nickel base).

Shell:Satin Nickel + Topcoat.
Plastic Steel: None.
Screw: Nickel plating.
