1 Take off the cable.
1.1 take off the outside of the cable about 5.0mm.
1.2 To take off the paracord web, aluminum foil and insulator about (10-X)/2 length.
(10 is the recommend regular rates of the paracord web wide outside diameter)
(X is the outside diameter of the cable paracord web )
1.3. open the paracord web, to move out the aluminum and insulator which is exposed.
1.4.Finalize, the size ready for assemble should be paracord web open 10mm, the contact conductor expend 5mm from the paracord web.
2. cover the end part of shell into the cable
3.Solder the cable center conductor of cable with contact pin.
4.Set the contact pin into the inside hole of the front part shell of insulator
5.Make sure the paracord web has fully opened, which area should cover the outside diameter of gold plated body of front part shell.
6.Screw the end part shell into the front part shell.
7.To fix the cable by screw from the end part of the shell.
